All new Employee Experience Platform customers need to buy services to get started on the right foot and ensure you are set up for success. These one-time services start at $1,000 for Employee Surveys, $1,500 for Recognition, $2,500 for Performance, and $4,000 for the Full Platform. Improving your employee experience is about much more than just using our amazing software; it’s about transforming your business to create a workplace that people love. That’s much easier to do with the personal support and advice from our passionate people experts.

Accounts with agreements above $50,000 annually will have a dedicated account manager to assist them with their needs.
All pricing is per employee, per month, and billed annually. The minimum annual agreement is $5,000 for Employee Surveys, $6,000 for Recognition, $10,800 for Performance, and $15,000 for the Full Platform.
The minimum agreement term is a 24-month subscription. We do offer longer-term agreements to help customers create more certainty around future costs.
We will issue an annual invoice payable by either check or bank transfer.
We issue a one-time, prorated invoice to cover any new employees for the remainder of the current billing period. At the time of renewal, the new invoiced amount will reflect the additional employees.
Yes, we issue a one-time, prorated invoice for adding additional modules to your plan in the middle of your agreement that will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Kazoo has an open API, plus integrations with HCM/HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, ADP, and Namely. We also integrate with business tools like Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, Teams, and Yammer. We integrate with all SAML 2.0 SSO providers like Okta, and of course, we have iOS and Android mobile apps, so you and your employees are always connected on-the-go.
