All applicants must take a pre-employment assessment that allows us to assess all candidates consistently and equitably. Required for every role from executive to intern, the two assessments we use allow us to expand our list of candidates, not shorten it.
At Kazoo, we care less about someone's last job, whether or not they attended the "right" school, or had the "right" internship, so we just skip that step.
