We create rewarding and purpose-filled workplaces every day – and that starts with our internal team. We believe in a diverse experience that allows us to build off the momentum of each other, so however you identity and whatever background you bring with you, all are welcome as part of the #KazooCrew.
We deliver on what matters to our industry, our customers, and each other. We put ego aside to make objective, data-driven decisions.
Like the famous improv technique, we commit to active listening, open dialogue, and participation.
We don't shy away from a worthy challenge. Whether it's personal development or a complex project, we're always working on getting better.
No trust falls needed here. We spend 1/3 of our life at work, so we cultivate a spirit of camaraderie and friendship among Kazooligans.
We own our stuff. What does that mean? It means we create an environment of respect and accountability by taking ownership of our actions.
We move fast, but not so quickly that we lose sight of our objectives. We default to thoughtful action and stay focused on priorities that serve our long-term vision.
We know there are no perfect applicants. If you’re reviewing a job description and are unsure if you should apply...just do it! You may not have 100% of all those bullets listed - and that’s okay. However you identify and whatever background you bring with you, we strongly encourage you to submit your application if this is a role you can be passionate about doing every day.
All applicants must take a pre-employment assessment that allows us to assess all candidates consistently and equitably. Required for every role from executive to intern, the two assessments we use allow us to expand our list of candidates, not shorten it. At Kazoo, we care less about someone's last job, whether or not they attended the "right" school, or had the "right" internship, so we just skip that step.
Our hiring team will reach out to qualified applicants via email if they are invited to move forward in the interview process. Some roles require a “Do The Job” which will come after your hiring manager screen. What to expect: - Confirmation Email - Recruiter Phone Screen - Hiring Manager Interview - Onsite Interview - Final Interview
