When it comes to workplace culture, we Kazooligans strive to walk the walk as well as talk the talk. And to our delight, the Austin American-Statesman has taken note.
We’ve been named one of the Austin American-Statesman’s 2019 Top Workplaces. The 10th annual award recognizes Central Texas employers that stand for the best in leadership, vision, and an employee-centered culture. Kazoo ranks in the Statesman’s Top Small Employers list, which recognizes workplaces with 149 or fewer employees in the greater Austin metro area.
“We’re thrilled that our company was recognized locally as a top workplace in Austin,” said Dania Shaheen, Vice President of People and Strategy at Kazoo. “At Kazoo, the employee experience is engrained in everything we do, from working with our colleagues to building our software platform to serving our customers. We’re proud that our commitment to building a strong company culture is being recognized in our community.”
The Top Workplaces List is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that anonymously measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
The Top Workplaces honor adds to our momentum in 2019. From our April rebrand to our rollouts of features and increased functionality, everything is looking up — energy we look forward to carrying into 2020 and beyond.
